The chalet accommodates ten people in luxurious comfort. Specifically designed to provide a relaxing space for two families holidaying together it has three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower floor and two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floor. Most beds can be arranged as either twin or double and for those holidaying with small children a high chair and cot are available. In the middle floor is a wonderful double height living area with a huge open fire and large windows looking across the valley. The mezzanine over the living area has a TV and Wii and the chalet is well stocked with books, dvd's, toys and games providing entertainment for all ages. If it's peace and quite you're after then the sauna is a wonderful place to relax after an energetic day in the alps. La Tzoumaz, on the other side of the crest from Verbier is a quiet family focused resort amidst the wonderful skiing of the four valleys. The village boasts the longest floodlit toboggan run (10k) in the french speaking alps and being north facing benefits from high quality snow all day long. The village has an excellent ski school and for non-skiers it's possible to take a lift over the mountain to enjoy the spoiling shops and restaurant terraces of Verbier. The chalet is located 300 meters below the lift and good skiers can ski from the pistes to the front door. Buses are also available, but walking is always quicker. For children there is a lovely playground overlooking the valley. The village also has a small natural ice-rink, tennis court and indoor swimming pool.
